Welcome in the Red Rabbit - Threat our appartement like your home.

 

We find it important to have good to make arrangements with our guests. We are convinced that they contribute to the open and pleasant atmosphere of our apartment.

The rental ends automatically after the expiry of the agreed period of time. Times of departure and arrival are flexible. Check-in is from 3 pm. We look forward to welcoming the day of arrival a sms or phone call with the estimated arrival time. At that time the handing over of the key can be discussed. After the stay is requested to leave at 10 am. 

On the day of departure, we expect that our property on the indicated time is cleared and undamaged, cleaned up and broom is left clean. The kitchen with its entire inventory should be left clean and tidy, the dishwasher must be emptied. (Pay particular attention to pans, utensils, oven and hot-plates.) Heaters are turned off before leaving home.

The final cleaning costs €30 on top of the rental price. Do you do this cleaning itself, then you do not have to pay these costs. This includes: all waste sorted out in the space, sanitary cleaning, bed linen collection and in the shower, downstairs and upstairs vacuuming and mopping.  Verontreingingen which are above a final cleaning going out, are not calculated according to agreement and be so extra (like caked dirt on floors, furniture, tables, soiled mattresses, etc.).

At the start is the key on the outside door of the apartment left If we still find things after your departure, then we keep that a reasonable period for you. Do we send of course only at the expense of the guests. Damages if you arriving at the apartment after a damage or deficiency discovered, make us point out directly. If damage or deficiencies arise during your stay, please tell us as soon as possible.

Any actions can be taken immediately so that the consequences, any subsequent damage and disturbance at least remain (both for you as the next guests). It is also certainly not damage either always said that on you, it can also be recovered from normal wear and tear. Consequential damages or discomfort for the next tenant caused by the not or not timely reporting an-whether or not what you as a tenant-caused damage, can be recovered reasonably well on you. 

Under-or by rental is expressly prohibited.

Stay of more persons than agreed on the reservation is expressly not allowed without our permission and can cause we end the lease early.

Moving beds, seats, tables and chairs or take it outside of any inventory-except of course for your meal outside, is expressly forbidden without our permission. Chairs, tables, seats can be arranged to suit your needs in the home. We seek or take extra care to prevent damage and expect that at the end of the rental period the furniture back to its original state.

Pets: we don’t allow pets.

No smoking in the apartments. Take advantage of the terraces.

Liability landlord: the landlord can not be held responsible for theft, accidents or damage, which originated during the stay on his property, except when resulting from extreme, that is to charge him. In case of cancellation due to force majeure such as war, strike, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, death of owner, etc. without compensation can landlord rescind the contract. When, through no fault of lessor, the agreement is dissolved, the tenant has the right to an equivalent or better alternative or the refund of the already paid part of the rental fee.

Obvious errors and mistakes in a publication not be binding on the landlord.

The landlord has the right to check the apartment during the rental period and inspect. Cessation rent.
